Craftsroom: Large upstairs room currently used for community meetings and art activities.

Farmhouse: 1912 Craftsman Home with 6 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with approximately 2564 finished square feet, plus a full attic and a partial unfinished basement. Currently used for common meals, meetings, and private parties hosted by members. Two bedrooms are reserved for guests of members. 

Storage Building: Divided into 37 storage units.

Chicken Coop: houses 36 chickens

Garage: used as a workshop and tool storage.

Bike Shelter: A covered area for bikes.

Proposed Common Buildings: Bathhouse complex with hot tub, outdoor solar shower, sauna. Dining Hall with children's room, meeting and dining area.
